Welcome to Recovery App. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Recovery App mobile application (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

• The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the App to find, recover, and manage files on devices for which you have permission to access.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, and for obtaining any consents required to access, recover, or manage files belonging to other people or accounts.

2. No Warranty

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely effective at recovering files.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, lost time, or other damages that may result from use of the App.

3. Limitations of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Recovery App or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

4. Permissions and Third-party Services

• The App may request permissions to access files, photos, media, storage, and other device resources to deliver its core functionality. Granting these permissions is optional, but may limit features if declined.
• The App leverages third-party packages and system services (for example for sharing or identifying device info). Those services are subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App and its contents are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
