Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: April 1, 2026

At NailFlow, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. Because NailFlow is designed with privacy in mind, most of your data is stored exclusively on your device.


How to Delete Your Data

1. Data Stored on Your Device

All data you create within NailFlow β€” including client information, appointment history, and service records β€” is stored locally on your mobile device.

  • To delete all local data: Simply uninstall the NailFlow app from your device. This will remove all database files associated with the app.

2. Facebook Integration (if used)

If you have connected NailFlow with your Facebook account (for example, via Facebook Login), you can request the deletion of your information by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Look for Apps and Websites in the left menu.
  4. Find NailFlow in the list and click Remove.
  5. In the popup, you can also choose to delete all posts, videos, or events NailFlow posted on your timeline (though NailFlow does not typically post to your timeline).
  6. Click Remove again to confirm.

3. Feedback and Support Data

If you have submitted feedback via the app, your message and any information you provided were sent to our secure database.

  • To request deletion of feedback data: Please contact us via email at neuraapps1991@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and provide details to help us identify your submission. We will process your request within 30 days.
