Welcome to NailFlow. By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NailFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
NailFlow is a personal business management tool designed for nail technicians and beauty professionals. It allows you to manage appointments, clients, services, visit results, and income records.
NailFlow offers two modes of use:
- Guest mode β all data is stored locally on your device, no account required.
- Authenticated mode β you create an account to optionally sync your business data to the cloud for access across multiple devices. Cloud sync requires an active internet connection.
3. Your Account
You may create an account using Email & Password, Phone number (OTP), Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account or create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission.
4. Your Data
Guest Mode
All data you enter into NailFlow is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your personal business data on any server.
Authenticated Mode
When you are signed in, your business data (clients, appointments, services, visit results, income) is synced to Google Cloud Firestore under your unique account namespace. You retain full ownership of your data. By enabling cloud sync, you grant NailFlow permission to store your business data in the cloud solely for the purpose of providing the sync service to you.
Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter into NailFlow. NailFlow provides tools to manage your data but does not verify its correctness.
5. NailFlow Pro β Subscriptions
NailFlow offers an optional NailFlow Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited clients, appointments, cloud sync, and additional features.
Subscription Plans
- NailFlow Pro β Annual β billed once per year. Provides the lowest effective monthly cost.
- NailFlow Pro β Monthly β billed once per month.
Exact prices are displayed in local currency on the subscription screen within the app and may vary by country or region.
Free Trial
Where offered, a free trial period is available for new subscribers. At the end of the trial your subscription will automatically begin and payment will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS/iPadOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless you are notified of a price change in advance.
Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS/iPadOS: Go to Settings β [your Apple ID] β Subscriptions on your device.
- Android: Go to Google Play β Profile β Payments & subscriptions β Subscriptions.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
- Use the app in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the app to store, share, or process data in violation of applicable data protection laws
7. Third-Party Sign-In Providers
When you use a third-party sign-in method (Google, Apple, Facebook, Instagram), you are also subject to that provider's terms of service. NailFlow is not responsible for those services and their terms may change independently of ours.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within NailFlow are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
NailFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that cloud sync will always be available. Cloud data may be subject to the availability and reliability of Google Firebase infrastructure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NailFlow, including but not limited to loss of business data, loss of income, or service interruptions.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in Settings. Upon deletion, your cloud data will be permanently removed. Local data on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
